With a rich history in the mortgage industry dating back to my tenure at Citizens & Southern National Bank in 1990, I've navigated through numerous institutional transitions, including mergers that led to the formation of Bank of America in 1998. Remaining steadfast through these changes, I contributed to the mortgage processing center and explored various roles in post-closing, auditing, closing, and processing.
In 1998, I embraced a new challenge and joined Norwest Mortgage, later merging with Wells Fargo. Specializing in processing and underwriting conventional loan programs, I earned recognition as a trusted DE and VA underwriter. My journey continued with stints at Countrywide Home Loans, Homestar Financial Corp, and a return to Bank of America in an underwriting role. My last position, concluding in September 2022, marked my decision to embark on a new venture as a mortgage broker.
In January 2023, I founded Watson Mortgage Services, LLC, based in Suwanee, GA, collaborating with wholesale lenders to tailor loan programs to clients' needs. Whether Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, or DSCR loan programs, my expertise ensures personalized service for loans ranging from $50,000 to $500,000.
Dedicated to guiding clients in securing the ideal loan program, my focus extends to first-time homebuyers and self-employed applicants. Through competitive interest rates and leveraging extensive industry knowledge, I aim to simplify the home-buying process and provide optimal loan solutions.
